Description
New for 2017, CCM has re-released their ever popular Retro Flex line! The Retro Flex III blocker is based off of the Extreme Flex III but with a different finger protection.
Building on the already classic and popular feel of the EF2 blocker, the EF3 offers the best combination of feel and protection. The EF3 blocker has a thick HD board directly over the back of the hand which allows for pucks to redirect to the corner or glass with force. The finger protection is the stock curved finger protection which covers the opening on the inside of the index finger. On top of this entire finger protection is a strip of CCM’s proprietary D3O material covering the entire index finger in case any pucks may ride up the stick.
The palm of the blocker utilizes CCM’s Suregrip material, offering a greater resistance to wear and keeping the hand tight on the stick due to its gripper nature. The wrist features a wide open adjustable cuff that will allow the goalie to fully flex their wrist in any direction to keep the blocker square to the shooter.
